We’ve all seen innovation fail. But too often apparently successful innovation fails due to the inability of communicating investment readiness and the uncertain value of innovation efforts in a language that executive investors truly understand?
Classical metrics of activity (sprint speed, failing fast or succeeding quickly) and impact (cash flow plans and budget spend) are ill-suited for the executive questions within innovation. Especially within enterprise innovation where value trumps speed and risk is resolved through discovery.
Leaders need an approach that can express innovation action within the language of an investor's top concerns - Value, Risk, and Readiness.
This course will provide the techniques and frameworks to connect the innovators' role of resolving uncertainty to the executives want for new value.

Engineering, Quality, Tooling, Manufacturing, Procurement, and your Mfg. Outsource Supply Base.

PDMA Global Student Innovation Challenge (GSIC21) — Now Open to Receive Submissions Until August 30
|
|
|
|
|
Student teams enrolled full time in a University program who develop an original concept for a product, service, software, or a combination of the three, are welcome to develop a submission detailing the unique value proposition, evidence of demand, and mockup or embodiment of product. Designs for products, services or software of any type are welcome. Competition details and submission portal can be found here.
