Marlon is an international beverage executive with over 20 years of experience in the CPG industry, holding positions in companies like Molson Coors, Pernod Ricard, Procter & Gamble, and 3M. He has a strong record of unlocking portfolio growth via evolving marketing strategy, accelerating innovation, and creating an environment where others are motivated to do their best.
Marlon is a big fan of the expression "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone." Indeed, during his career, he has had the opportunity to stretch his professional toolbox by leading teams across different commercial functions (operations, marketing, insights, innovation), geographies (US, Canada, & LATAM), and beverages categories (spirits, wine,
beer, ready to drink, and non-alcoholic functional beverages). Currently, he is leading the creation of the long-term innovation pipeline and innovation capability-building efforts of Molson Coors America.
Marlon has an MBA from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración IESA. Additionally, he graduated from Simon Bolivar University in Production Engineering, where he also received his Master's Degree in Statistics. He is bilingual (English and Spanish) and resides in Chicago with his family. Marlon enjoys outdoor activities, traveling with his family, and cooking a paella or any eye-catching TikTok recipe during his free time.
